Here are few pictures of me--just experimenting to see how this works!!--and I will hopefully add a short video of me doing my favorite thing--skiing--as soon as I learn how. For the purposes of this blog, I will begin with my own personal history and a few pictures of my early years and add all the pictures of my children as I go along. Since it is difficult for me to remember everything in order as it occured in real time, I will probably go back and forth in time, so please be patient. I was born in New Rochelle, New York on April 21, 1944 to John Cornell Schaffer and Anne Collier Theresa Eastman Schaffer. My earliest years were spent in Larchmont, New York.
